Families Together Project at Parkhall P.S.                 

We are delighted to welcome the Families Together Project to our school for the next 5 years.

The project offers a range of services to support and improve family life for both parents and children. The project aims to provide you and your children with a better understanding of each other’s needs.

This is a project for everyone which aims to make you feel more confident about your parenting skills. All activities are free and informal to help you feel comfortable and enjoy taking part.

Nicola McKeown is the Coordinator and she will be in and out of school if you wish to speak to her.

Currently we are running One to One Time for Parents on Tuesdays. This offers parents a space to be listened to and to explore any issues they are experiencing in relation to parenting. It allows parents to set realistic goals and manageable solutions for their family.

Time Just for Me will run on Wednesdays from 9-10am. This time aims to give parents a bit of time to chat together, enjoy tea and toast and to find out about local services.
